📜 Terms of Service

Eimono Wars (the "Service") is a browser game provided by FreCre Inc. (the "Company") in which you play with characters from English Story. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is intended for people aged 13 and over, and people under 13 may not use it. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. About the Alpha Test

The Service is in a trial release (alpha test). Rules, values, and screens may change without notice.
Ratings, match records, and rankings may be reset without notice in connection with bug fixes or rule changes.
The Service may be suspended or terminated without notice.
There is a limit on the number of matches you can play per day. On a day you reach the limit, you cannot start a new match until 0:00 Japan time.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Using a name that hurts others, a sexual or discriminatory name, or a name that impersonates another person or the Company
Including personal information (such as your real name or contact details) in your name
Posting on the board or in reviews content that hurts others, personal information, advertising or solicitation, or repeated or mass posts of the same content
Logging in with another person's Google account
Playing with bots, automated controls, or modified programs
Controlling multiple nations by yourself across multiple screens or devices, or colluding with others to manipulate placings or ratings
Interfering with the operation of the Service, such as by sending large volumes of connections or traffic to the server
Unauthorized access, tampering with communications, or exploiting bugs in the Service
Copying, publishing, or selling images, text, or other content of the Service without the Company's permission
Violating laws or public order and morals

3. Measures for Violations

If the Company determines that a use falls under the prohibited acts, it may, without prior notice, hide the name, hide or delete board posts and reviews, exclude the user from matches, delete ratings and records or remove them from the rankings, refuse access to the Service, or take other measures. The Company has no obligation to explain the reasons for its determination. The Company's liability for any damage caused by these measures is governed by "6. Disclaimer".

4. About Data

Your play records are identified by an identifier stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data or open the Service on another device or browser, your previous rating and match records cannot be carried over. The Company is under no obligation to restore matches or data lost due to connection problems or suspension of the Service.

If you log in with Google (optional), you can play with the same match records, collection and Daily Challenge records on another device. Even if you delete your account, your match records remain as the records of when you were not logged in. If your Google account becomes unusable, it may not be possible to restore the account's match records.

5. Rights

The rights to the characters, images, text, and other content used in the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners.

The rights to board posts, reviews and names remain with the person who wrote them. The writer allows the Company, free of charge, to store, display and copy them, and to adjust their format for display, in order to provide, operate and introduce the Service.

The writer is responsible for the content of their posts and names. The Company has no obligation to monitor posts, but may hide or delete, without prior notice, anything it determines falls under the prohibited acts.

6. Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free of defects or errors, that it can always be used without interruption, or that it suits the user's purposes.

The Company is not liable for any damage to users arising from using or being unable to use the Service, except where the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

Notwithstanding the preceding item, where the Company is liable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and its negligence is only slight, the Company's liability is limited to ordinary damage directly and actually incurred by the user (excluding lost profits and damage arising from special circumstances), up to 10,000 yen.

Disputes between users, or between a user and another person (including those about board posts or what happens in matches), must be resolved between the parties. Use of other companies' services linked from the Service (Google, YouTube, X, LINE and others) is subject to each company's terms.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Company may change these Terms when either of the following applies: the change is in the general interest of users, or the change does not go against the purpose of the Service and is reasonable in light of its necessity, content and other circumstances.

When changing these Terms, the Company will announce that the Terms will change, the changed content, and the date the change takes effect, on this page and in the notices on the top page, a sufficient period before that date. If you use the Service after the change takes effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

10. Governing law and court

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. Any dispute between the Company and a user about the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.

Even if part of these Terms is held invalid under law, the remaining parts stay in effect.
